If you have a different machine then you will have to drill new mounting holes. If your machine dose not have holes for mounting a table then a square tube frame that clamps into the vice will be needed. You can make that and attach our kit to that frame.

Not for vertical band saws with large tables. We are making a third version for those style. Coming soon.

Made from 1/4” laser cut steel. This jig helps you make fast and accurate pie cuts.

Comes in three sizes. Each size is based on the pipe size you work with and the CLR.

Small:

(1” to 1-5/8”) pipe diameter range and (1-1/2” to 4”) CLR range (ideal for motorcycle and go cart engines, cooling lines and other misc. tubes/pipes.)

Medium:

(1-3/4” to 2-1/2”) pipe diameter range and (2” to 6”) CLR range (ideal for 200-800 hp engines, as well as cooling lines)

Large:

(2-3/4” to 4”) pipe diameter range and (3-1/2” to 6”) CLR range (ideal for 1000+ hp engines, as well as the main exhaust system up to 4” diameter

Our pie cutting jig includes a base to adapt to your band saw and a slide. There are two ways to fit the jig to your band saw. Your first option is to drill holes to adapt to your machine. We provide holes already to fit the Harbor Freight band saw. Your second option is to make a square tube support that fits in the clamp of you band saw. Choose what ever is easiest for you and your machine. If you get the SWAG version, you just need assemble the kit.
