Starter Kit
This kit is just the plastic parts for mocking up the headers. Band Saw Jig and flanges are NOT included. Buy those separately.
What comes in each kit is listed below.
Single cylinder kit: 30 inches of mock up pieces. Choose your diameter and CLR.
Twin cylinder kit: 60 inches of mock up pieces. Choose your diameter and CLR.
Triple cylinder/V6: 90 inches of mock up pieces. Choose your diameter and CLR. (Will do v6 engines one bank at a time)
Four cylinder kit/V8: 120 inches of mock up pieces. Choose your diameter and CLR. (Will do v8 engines one bank at a time)
Five cylinder kit/V10: 150 inches of mock up pieces. Choose your diameter and CLR. (Will do v10 engines one bank at a time)
Six cylinder kit V6/V12/i6: 180 inches of mock up pieces. Choose your diameter and CLR. (Will do v6/v12 & inline 6 engines, v12 one bank at a time)
Eight cylinder kit V8: 240 inches of mock up pieces. Choose your diameter and CLR. (Will do v8 engines both banks at a time)
Ten cylinder kit V10: 300 inches of mock up pieces. Choose your diameter and CLR. (Will do v10 engines both banks at a time)
Twelve cylinder kit V12: 360 inches of mock up pieces. Choose your diameter and CLR. (Will do v12 engines both banks at a time)
How it works. The plastic pieces are 3d printed with an o-ring style press fit. These pieces have numbers on them to help you determine the total length of your header, degrees of rotation and the pie cut angle.
You then use the band saw jig (sold separately) to cut you headers and begin fitting the pieces together as the mock up proscribes.
