Our tools only work with our flanges. Not the metal ones you have. We use plastic flanges with O-ring snap grooves. Or you can use a stub flange. Add the first 1-2 inches of tubing to your flange and then use a hose clamp to attach our mock up parts from that point on.

This kit is just the plastic parts for mocking up the headers. Band Saw Jig and Flanges are NOT included. Buy those separately.

What comes in each kit:

Per Cylinder: 30 inches of mock up pieces or more. You choose the CLR.

45 Degree pie sections x 5

22.5 Degree pie sections x 5

1 inch straight sections x 2

2 inch straight sections x 2

3 inch straight sections x 2

4 inch straight sections x 1

5 inch straight sections x 1

Select the number of cylinders that matches your engine or how you want to make the exhaust. For V8 engines it is common to make one bank at a time. So you only need a 4 cylinder kit to do the job.

How it works. The plastic pieces are 3d printed with an O-ring style press fit. These pieces have numbers on them to help you determine the total length of your header, degrees of rotation and the pie cut angle.

You then use the band saw jig (sold separately) to cut you headers and begin fitting the pieces together as the mock up proscribes.
